I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decor had a traditional touch with beautiful wooden furniture and elegant curtains. It made me feel like I was staying in a lovely countryside cottage. The general areas were well-maintained and had a warm and inviting ambiance. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The children working there were always ready to assist me with any needs and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have handrails in the bathroom. This small addition would provide extra support and safety, especially when getting in and out of the bathtub or shower.

Staff were so helpful that they practically planned my whole Asturias itinerary. The bar was a lifesaver for those midday snacks and drinks. Free Wi-Fi in the bar meant I could watch TV while pretending to work. Lots of nearby restaurants to avoid eating at the hotel. Hiking and canoeing were perfect activities for the princess that I am.
Canoeing and hiking were so exhausting, I can't believe I actually had to move my body. Ugh.

Located right in the center of town, the hotel is just a short walk away from all the main attractions and amenities. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the mountains. the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is satisfying, offering a good start to the day. Plus, the hotel provides a set dinner menu and even offers picnic bags for a day out on the Cares hike.
Some guests mentioned that the noise levels can be quite high due to the lack of soundproofing in the rooms.

The staff was soooo helpful, they basically planned my entire trip for me. The hotel had a bar, so I didn't have to venture far for a drink. And the free Wi-Fi in the bar was perfect for catching up on my shows while sipping a cocktail.
Oh, the joy of hearing every single noise from breakfast while I enjoyed my beauty sleep.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of the hotel. It had a lovely homely feel that made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. The general areas, such as the lobby and the breakfast room, were beautifully decorated with a touch of classic elegance. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The corridors were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking stick. The children working there were always ready to assist me with anything I needed, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is the addition of a few more hooks in the bathroom. It would have been helpful to have a few extra hooks to hang towels or clothing, as it would have made getting ready in the morning easier and more organized.

The vintage furniture and beautiful tapestries added a touch of elegance to the place. It felt like stepping back in time, which made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were also very accessible for senior people like myself, with wide hallways and comfortable seating areas to rest and relax.
It would have been even better if there were more activities or excursions specifically designed for senior guests. Perhaps some organized sightseeing tours or gentle exercise classes could be offered.

Great value for the money, with a spacious room, comfortable bed, and clean towels and toiletries provided. The staff, though not English-speaking, were friendly and accommodating. The location was prime, offering beautiful views and a proximity to the town center.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.
